Cervelo warranty

    Anyone here have any experience of cervelo warranty? I have an issue with a frameset and it's taking a longer than I expected to get sorted.

    Mate of mine got sorted quickly and well last year.
    New frame, for what was a relatively minor paint problem.

    i had a BB problem on an R5. They sorted it, but it took about 3 months.
