What was the first goal like, missed it

The Galway defense were awful for it,all sucked out the field, goalkeeper being unfairly blamed for it on this thread.

Imagine if RTE slightly reduced people like Ryan Tubridy's half a million per year salary, we might have got to hear what Shefflin was about to say there before being cut off by Michael Lyster for an ad break.

Marty. " The're going to make history with a capital T".

The second goal was a mistake, but anyone who blames the goalkeeper for the first goal needs their head examined. It was a great finish low into the corner.

There's a massive difference between "could have saved it", to "should have saved it". The first goal was a "could" the second was a "should".

No time left for coverage now with all the people shilling their wares, rushing everybody to get in one sentence.

Some pressure on Canning. I hope he gets there.

Callinan needed that. He did well enough to be fair to him.

Galway should be miles ahead.... 2 stupid mistakes that an u12 wouldn't make cost them 2 goals....

Will be interesting to see if Galway are as prolific in the second half. Wind swirls at the hill end. Makes shooting more difficult.

I've switched the audio to the Irish commentary so I don't have to listen to my imbecile morrissey. I was getting a headache.
He must think he is getting paid by the word, hasn't a clue.

They have to start running at Waterford, they won't win it if they can't do that :(
