Glad for Whelan. Getting fouled constantly by Connors.

Picture still very jumpy on Saorsat.
    Anyone else experiencing this?

    It's fine with me.

Waterford keeper is an accident waiting to happen imo.

Galway had 9 points after 14 minutes. Only 4 in the next 20. Waterford will be very happy with that.

The Galway keeper is an accident that's already happened.

It's stating the obvious but goals are so vital. There is no way this game should be level.

Galway up by a point at ht

Galway tore into the lead, then gave away a couple of soft goals. They have played most of the hurling but Waterford still very much in it.

Great first half, ref seems to be letting a lot of fouls go judging by the lack of frees for either side. As a neutral of I'm slightly hoping Galway win, otherwise their goalie will get so much abuse for losing them six points

Galway should be further in front, much the better team so far.

Austin Gleeson needs to get more into the game, surely he's a bit wasted a bit at centre back,he always seems to me to be a bit of a free spirit of a player and midfield or the half forward line where he could have more positive influence would suit him better.

beats hearing 'back once again' every 30 or 40 seconds from the lad who was given the day off!

How are Galway not miles ahead. Has the look of one of those games where you could be asking "How did Galway not win that game?".

Paddy Power with another gratuitous attempt at getting on Liveline.

    It's a great ad.

A perfect example of how some of the fans will feel should their team win today.

    The goalkeeper. That's how.

Galway have to start tearing into the Waterford defense in the second half and score goals.

What was the first goal like, missed it

The first goal was a great finish, nothing callinan could do about it.

Galway should be up by six. I think they will need a goal to win but haven't had a sniff so far
