I have 2 football tickets and I'm looking for hurling tickets?! I would have thought Dublin/Mayo fans would be looking for football ones and might be able to get hurling ones easier in order to swap.

    But you want hurling tickets?

I would have thought that lads in the hurling thread would be more likely to want what you got. You're the seller here don't forget.

Why would the Hurling lads want to give up their Hurling tickets for Football tickets?

Yea but Dublin/Mayo fans want football tickets and might find it easier to get hurling tickets that they don't really want in order to swap them for football tickets that they do want! I'm confusing myself now.....

Anyway, I've set up a swap thread.

By the way, I really hope ye do it Sunday fortnight. I have no idea how this bunch of footballers come back year after year to do what they have done. I have never wished for a team outside of my own county to win more than this one!

Not saying they would per se. But they'd have them. Whereas the lads in here will more than likely have football tickets which the lad here is trying to get rid of. Why is that so tough to grasp?

But you'd find some hurling lads will have access to more than a couple and would more than likely have spares to hand or access to them. :)

I'm a Dub. So yeah. I hope we do it too. :P

That being said if Mayo do beat us it will clearly be thoroughly deserved.

    I just want a 3-in-row.

    Kingdom Quashed.

All the reaction and analysis from an amazing day in Croke Park as Mayo proved too strong for Kerry in an unforgettable All Ireland Football Semi Final replay performance.

Caff came on? Jesus I completely missed that.

Edit: Had a quick look at RTE player. He did indeed just as Donaghy was extending his arm. I must have been caught up in something else.

I wonder if Rochford sees a role for him against Dublin. It wouldn't be unlike him to make a big call like that. Could become a real possibility if Vaughan's injury turns out to be an issue.

I'd imagine Donie Vaughan will hopefully be fit, ditto Diarmuid who suffered a hamstring strain the week previous to the replay.

I wouldn't be surprised if O Gara either starts or has a significant role to play.He has caused us plenty of problems down through the years.Pretty sure Ger Caff would not be a good fit for him.

I don't think he'll start and we may see a rejigging of the back line to ensure Paddy Durcan starts.

Ah ya, Vaughan should be fine. I just thought it odd to see Caff the last day. It just raised a few thoughts... Rochford may still back him against non-Donaghy opposition. Caff is definitely not an impact sub but starting him gives you one, might be something they consider.

    I hate that song.

Actually I also hate "The Green and Red of Mayo"

"I usta love her" is the original and best Saw Doctors song.

Ah Tod we'll have to ex communicate from the Mayo flock, adore that song.:)

I have recurrent nightmares after hearing the auld triangle bellowing out after the losses in 2013 and 2016.I long to hear the green and red post an All Ireland victory.

My other pet hate,no offence to Bernard Brogan(decent lad) but I have flashbacks every time I see those bloody Super Valu ads!Hate the sight of them.:)

Must return the thanks, totally forgot about Terrace Talk.

TBH there's been a noticeable drop in the quality of the Mayo News Podcast this year, sorely missing Sean Rice,Edwin McGreal,Mike Finnerty and Billy Joe Padden at varying points in time.Colm Keys is decent but Ger Flanagan and John Gunnigan are quite weak on same.

Always extremely impressed with Terrace Talk, great analysts...Liam Brosnan,Sylvester Hennessy and the great Jimmy Deenihan.

In fairness to the Mayo News, they've had a busy summer with the amount of games. The journalists would have been under pressure most Sundays/Mondays to get the papers out. Would have been harder to draw on them this year.

100 mins of pure analysis on this weeks Terrace Talk.

Surprising that's their anthem, doesn't really inspire a singalong. You'd think they'd go with Molly Malone or something...

Top class stuff.Mayo News podcast is morphing more into a fanzone,no harm in portions of that. But it's a tad light on the analysis, fair call re the reasoning.Billy Joe was on his holiers in Spain too.

We don't have just the one anthem. We've several. They mix it up every year. I can't remember their playing The Aul Triangle before. It's usually something a tad more upbeat. Although if you listen closely to the lyrics of either Cockles and Mussels or Rare Auld Times, they're both depressing as fcuk. Ah well.... :o

Ah lads, I think the Auld Triangle is a great sing along song, especially when the entire crowd joins in the chorus and takes it up an octive. Have often sang in a bus at a stag

Timing would make sense anyway, there seemed to have been a trail of sorts for the final panel on Tuesday and I believe a weekend away this weekend.

He had his change but not good enough from what's in front of him to make the team if he keeps the head down he could turn it around

I wouldnt be aggrieved if he did. Make room for Nally. He was too much of a peacock in the game against Galway - and i still havent forgiven him for kicking 2 woeful wides to finish the game. I think he is still immature and underweight - but would come right given 2-3 years development. hes right to leave if he cannot commit the time

Just for clarity, do you mean he's dropped from the extended training panel or notified he won't be on the 26 match day panel ?
Seems strange to be dropped or leaving of free will at this stage.

Barry & COS took the match-day squad positions of Regan & Boland for both semi-final games
