By saying Extra Gloss Protection (which is AutoGlym's Sealant), Im guessing you are using Super Resin Polish? And perhaps their HD Wax?
Tip for the EGP, its easier to use it by a spray. When pouring from the bottle too much comes out and soaks the applicator. Is easier to dispense into a spray bottle, mist onto an area at a time and spread with an applicator. Allow to cure and then buff off.

I washed with a meguairs shampoo, then dried using meguires detailing spray and a large microfiber town.
Some super resin polish
Then some top coat sealant, applied sparingly with a applicator pad.

I'll take that off tomorrow, and use some fusso 99 wax.

Then, I'll look at the wheels. They'll be coming off.

Is there any advantage to reapplying the sealant (again) after the wax ?

Well, you've used a product that due to its nature will confuse the situation slightly.

As a rule of thumb; sealants first, then waxes. No point applying the sealant after the wax as the sealant will only be as durable as the weakest link; and in the case of sealant, wax, sealant, the wax would be the weakest and thus the 2nd sealant will only last as long as the wax.

Fusso, isnt a wax, it's a hybrid; sealant wax....durable for 12 months (or at least a lot more durable than traditional carnauba waxes). So in your situation, they sealant on top may not be as pointless as it normally would - but that also said, it may or may not bond.
Products from the same manufacturer will combo well - so the SRP and the EGP will combo. The Fusso may or may not work (as it should) on top of the EGP. Products are always rated by applying them to prepared paintwork, not by being applied on other products. So if Fusso is good for 12 months straight onto paintwork, on EGP it might only be good for 6 months, or maybe 8 or maybe 12, or maybe 4; the only way to know is if you have previous feedback.

I'll skip the extra sealant.
