I'm back in the kitchen folks!

Breakfast was homemade brown bread. (I was up at 6am!) We had some light cheddar melted on top.

Lunch was a nice chicken salad. Spoiled ourselves a little with a small bit of slaw and Potato salad. More of the brown bread.

I made a lovely chicken casserole for dinner. Stock, herbs, carrots, onions, red pepper and freshly chopped tomatoes. Fecked in some cubed spuds so it was a one stop shop. A bowl and spoon is all we needed!

One of the best things about a casserole is there's always a bit left over
And it always tastes even better the following day

Just in from a pub meal, hunters chicken - chicken with bacon and cheese, chips, peas, onion rings, mushroom, tomato and a pint
