I think he sounds determined, forceful and authoritative.

In Bare Feet there was not much height difference, Conor clearly has a huge build in comparison though.

How the hell did Conor used to boil down to 145!

So tempted to lump on Floyd by KO. No such thing as a cert but it's about as close to one as I've ever seen.

It doesn't seem to have the Hatton/Floyd type of buzz or atmosphere ? What does everyone else think?

No, seems far more contrived! Then, I was in the MGM the last time...

This. Doesn't sound any different than before any other fight he's been in.

Am I the only one that thought Conor looked a bit gaunt? Not as bad as when he was cutting to 145 but he was in much better shape for 205. Maybe there was some substance to what Floyd was saying about the weight cut.

In some shape for 40, impressive. He is going for speed at that weight.

Thought Conor looked a tad gaunt, no idea how he made 145 when he did.

Good point. It's like a novelty act.

Glad I lumped on the first few rounds McGregor is going to take a pasting tomorrow.

Not at all. Conor will be 170 tomorrow so all is well and good

Looks like the odds have shortened considerably on Paddy Power for Floyd. 2/9 now. I was tempted to stick some money on him but I'm not sure it's worth my while.

Agree. It seems to be more of a "...and in other news" type story on RTE/Sky, whereas the Hatton fight was headline news for Sky at the time. Nationality of the fight most likely the main reason for the difference. That, and the nature of it being a gimmick fight aswell.

Conor gave it his all there to psyche himself up and try unsettle Floyd, and he just laughed at him. It is going to be a pretty humbling experience tomorrow I think.

Mayweather coming in 149 not surprising, a weight he is comfortable at, shows you the effort he did put in to camp also, no coasting. His arms looked strong which may sound strange I know, but I think he has been working on his power in the view of finishing this early enough. Berto was a damp squib of a way to go out, I think he wants to right that tomorrow with an impressive looking finish. I say impressive looking because it won't be that impressive when you strip away the hype. He is not fighting some world class boxer after all.

I think McGregor came in a pound light, he likes to hit right on that weight limit. Maybe there were some truth to the rumours of a problem with the weight cut, then again there always seems to be with him and he has never missed weight once so not much you can say about that. I see him being 163/164 tomorrow, if he pushes up to 168 I think he is doing himself more harm then good, will gas even earlier and could be done within 3. He will also be slower which considering he isn't the quickest anyway would not be advisable.

Mayweather looking very relaxed and confident again now being interviewed. Nothing fazes him, fascinating to watch McGregors antics have zero impact compared to what he can normally do to his opponents. Wonder is it having an effect on McGregor that he knows there is literally nothing he can do or say to bother Mayweather.

Conor pumping himself and attempting to cow and break his opponent before they even square off is a big part of it for him, for his self confidence is huge in terms of how he performs. To look into a mans eyes and see him nonchalant at everything you throw at him could have a negative effect.

I've been holding out lumping on KO TKO DQ hoping it would get to evens. Do people agree 8/11 is the best to hope for now?

I don't see it drifting any more, I think it will probably come in to be honest.

We all see things we want to see, I saw differently .......to say Floyd was totally relaxed and unphased ? not for me .......has he ever had that type intensity and ferocity in his face before, he who blinks first.....there was a couple there from Floyd

They all seem to be encouraging McGregor to jump on Mayweather from the first bell, I can understand it but I'd be very wary of that if I was McGregor, calculated aggression of course but just rushing in is going to get him sparked pretty quick, for the MMA fans, ask Aldo right? :)

Paddy Power are a brand that aims to gain as much exposure as possible.

They sponsored McGregors opponent and had him wearing their jocks. Everyone is taking about them.

Job done. Business is business. Nobody would be talking about them if they had McGregor wearing them.

Has he ever had someone in his face shouting and animated? Yes obviously.

I don't mind people seeing things differently, I know that nobody in the McGregor biased Sky team even bothered trying to claim Mayweather looked bothered though.

    Blinks? Come on.

Sure you could say he who laughs last and all that, once McGregor had blown himself out Mayweather started laughing and McGregor stormed off throwing his arm behind him, sign of psychological defeat? Probably not, but you see my point I am sure.

Thankfully very little time left for speculation.
