    So in your opinion where are the best bodyboard waves in Ireland ? Looking for recommendations

    Anywhere in Sligo or Clare, take your pick but you have to know your own ability we could send you to bone breaking waves (and would for kicks and giggles) Start with Enniscrone or Strandhill has a surf school which runs BB lessons. http://www.isurfireland.com/

    SPacehopper thank you for your help. Thats a sensible answer. Im not fit for monstruous waves. I did try enniscrone and it was a very good wave along with the neighhbour easkey right wich i did find hard.
    Im closer to county clare but the only wave i surf there is doughmore. its more the shape than the size im interested in. is there any other similar ones nearby youd recommend?

    Have you not tried the err surf schools around lahinch and fanore

    Which wave don't you like - various different ones go all the way down the coast
