Okay the tv series, unlike the books, hasn't actually spelled out that that he doesn't eat or drink, but the lack of mouth on his helmet is kind of indicative that they're following the books on that one.
How do you know what the books say?

I hadn't thought of that. I have a different angle, also pure speculation, which I'll also spoiler...
I think, based on not much more than his appearance, that Jon is actually Robert's son. I think Lyanna was pregnant with Robert's child when she ran away with Rhaegar. If he was a Targ, he'd have their hair colour.. .

But he's half stark, maybe the dark haired stark gene is dominant over the Targ!

He doesn't eat or drink and even ser Kevan believed him to be undead. Okay the tv series, unlike the books, hasn't actually spelled out that that he doesn't eat or drink, but the lack of mouth on his helmet is kind of indicative that they're following the books on that one.
    Shame.

Haven't read the books myself yet, but I imagine they're far superior to the show.
What can be shown on TV is limited by budget and shooting restraints.

They are but the later ones can be incredibly slow at times and there's a few storylines that are complete crap.

I found this amazing new app called google.

I haven't read after Storm of Swords 2 (which matches up with season 3/4 of television). I just can't get over kidnapping a zombie to show Cersei a zombie. It is the most extreme shark jump I've ever seen. How stupid do writers think we are? Is it being serious? Because, other than talk about the "big woman" there aren't many laughs. Mind you, if it really is meant to be comedy I'll feel really foolish now but I'm 99% certain it isn't meant to be comedy.

He did make a "sorry I can't literally bend the knee while flat on my back" joke, but calling her "my Queen" did the job ...

I am so glad that you have never done anything, never carved a statue, or painted a picture, or produced anything outside of yourself! Life has been your art. You have set yourself to music. Is Benjen a white walker now?

Probably a wight, not a White Walker.

Many find Arya annoying. And this shouldn't be. Arya spent her younger life in Bravos, going through huge trials and tribulations (mostly trials) so when she appears the far side she should be far more the leader than Sansa (who had lead a privileged life). Instead she looks a twit after all her hardships. And that doesn't ring true with me at all.

Iirc he got saved from them by the children of the forest and they put dragonglass in his chest to stop him becoming one.

 Ahem ramsey bolten says hello...

understand your point but i'm hoping its on purpose as both have had trials and tribulations throughout the 7 seasons but different paths have molded them.

Arya trials and tribulations are more combat related. So while highly skilled as an assassin/warrior she has no training in "hearts and minds". eg she has no experience in commanding a kingdom/people. plus she is young and understandable cocky and in GOT no-one is meant to be all good....

Sansa trials and tribulations are far more leader related. Her training has been "strategic" based. From Cersei to bolten to littlefinger. Sansa should know how the world works better than Arya and how to maneuver in it.

In short Sansa people skills V Arya combat skill

She was trained to be a faceless assassin, to be "no one". She's not meant to be a leader at all.

Yellow hair, blue eyes, tallest woman you've ever seen. Almost as tall as you.

    Brienne of Tarth?

    YOU KNOW HER?

You're with Brienne of ****ing Tarth???

Well not with her yet, but I see the way she looks at me!

Like she wants to cut out your liver?

    ...You DO know her!

The horse would be too slow with the two of us or words to that effect.

They're very good for extra information and background, but there are times where you'll turn a page see who the next chapter is about and know reading it will be more like a chore.

Plus god knows if the fecker will ever even finish them!

Brienne seems to be the only woman that men discuss in the show.

Bronn had a chat with Poderick about her, that he would **** her, he reckoned Jaime would too, why would Poderick not?

Now Tormund is mad with lust for her, imagining big beautiful babies with her.

She's some woman for one woman!

She's not like the other women in the show. She's not dainty by any stretch of the imagination and she's independent. Wonder what her and Arya will feel when they see the Hound is still alive. All this talk about dragons and the Night King and I'm still wondering who or what could defeat the Beast.

Surely an epic 1-on-1 battle with Jon that leads to him being fatally wounded so Dany can have the throne. Too much of a stereotypical Hollywood ending for Grrm?

Or The Hound to find some fault in his brother that can be used to defeat him? It would be better that way seeing as The Beast disfigured The Hound for life.

Has no one alerted to when the hound pointed to the night King defeat him ie we should be going after him (and all the wrights will die and Jon said its more complicated than that!

I taught this was a very important piece of dialogue! Although I dont know why yet :D but there was definitely something in it
