WPRN number

    I moved into my new house 2 weeks ago and while signing lease I also signed the form for registration with irish water (at the agency). 2 weeks later, I called Irish water to check for my registration and on the phone, lady said that I am not registered.

    Agency said that they sent the papers and irish water says I am not registered so I am kind of confused. Is there a possibility to learn WPRN of my address so I can register via online website?

    My landlord wants me to get registered and is asking me to provide wprn and account number details. Unfortunatley I couldn't find any previous Irish water bills at my place (belonging to previous tenants) so I can't check it from there.
