Any experience of these? Specifically any experience of the management company, or know who they are? The property management fees are colossal, €1500 a year yet the outside of the apartments is a bit shabby. Cracks on the walls, moss growing in the cracks and the communal areas like stairs and lifts are quite grubby too.

Think it's still McGinley's who have it but that was a few years back. I do recall that they keep a few apts for themselves and used to rent out to hens/stags and various other groups. Don't know much more than that though.
