    offer 115 subject to inspection. Can collect next week. Assume brake surface is ok, bearings are good and wheel is running true? If you are racing wexford 2 day can pick it up there

    True as true can be. It's cheap enough as it is I think for what is a 5-600 quid wheel new, so I'll wait for closer to asking.
