Favourite pizza toppings?

Pretty much anything meat based.

Pepperoni, chorizo, ham, minced pork/beef pieces, maybe a little bit of kebab pieces, red onion, and an extra layer of mozzarella. Finish with a bit of cracked pepper, and dried chilli flakes.

The only toppings I dislike is when there are too many toppings amd it makes the whole thing soggy. I'll eat pretty much any pizza.

Though I'm not vegetarian, I'm not keen on meaty pizzas. I do like pepperoni but other than that, meh on meaty toppings. And the most authentic pepperoni veers towards too salty. I love a margarita when the ingredients are good quality; you can't beat it. I also like peppers, onions, sweetcorn and sometimes mushrooms. I don't like excessive cheese on a pizza. IMO, it should just a light enough sprinkling. And mascarpone on pizza makes me want to vom. Pizzas shouldn't be overloaded with toppings, I think too. Just realised I'm a fusspot when it comes to pizza!

Oh and pineapple on pizza is all kinds of wrong.

Anchovies and black olives. Or, dare I say it, calamari. Ideally with a few other fishy things and a little garlic.
Plain salami is also heaven, maybe with a few black olives. Must be good salami tho and not these big slices.

Fish on pizza is classic pizza. Thuna pizza for example. Pizza scampi. Frutti di Mare with shrimps, mussels, calamari. Heaven.
