Saving account withdrawal 7 day notice. 9 days later and still no money?

I requested money from a savings account. It takes 7 days notice. This was 9 days ago and still no sign of the money. Any idea why this might have been?

Sorry to hear that you haven't received this withdrawal into your Current account yet. Can you please let us know what type of Savings account you have and the date that you requested the withdrawal? Did you request the withdrawal through your account on 365 Online?
