I had the option of McDonalds or Supermacs today. Went for McDonalds as well. This was an error of judgement on my behalf. It was poor.

Made mulligatawny soup from scratch, with wholegrain basmatti rice, delicious, but took ages. Now all gone because we were so starved waiting for it.

Could be. But it's more on the LCHF side (avocados).

Bit of left over lobster for breakfast. Planning Lobsters all round for my house party this weekend - so of course had to sample the produce from a supplier who is arranging me 30 Lobsters for the weekend for me to cook. Wonderfully a you tube channel I like managed to do a video on the very subject - which was ideal timing for me.

2 pickled gherkins and now having some Lay ready salted crisps. I swear am not pregnant but can't get enough of the gherkins these days.

Takeaway pizza is always so good at the time, but these days my body feels so meh the next day. Trying to counter act the effects this morning by taking copious amounts of water, a Berocca, and my Esomeprazole.

    :D
