There's something particularly repugnant and cowardly about someone who stars a row then cries and rolls around like a baby when he gets a bit back

But this is my reasoning, is he from the county you support? Like no point debating any of these kin of situations on here because everyone defends their own. Just get on with the football don't even bother with these things. It's going round in circles. Connolly does something, everyone attacks, all the dubs defend blindly. Kerry get a yellow card, should be a black but 'it's kerry' Cillian o Connor dives, what a pr*ck, ah but he gets an awful hard time! Etc. :)

You're bang on, bit about Connelly aside.

Individuals will defend their own yeah fine, but the media have their darlings which skews these things.

    Doesn't change the fact O'Connor is still a pr1ck!

It doesn't, but he plays for the darlings so you won't hear much about it.[/quote]

    Likewise Donaghy

Also it's hilarious the constant 'he plays for Kerry/Dublin/Mayo so nothing will be done about it' comments from Kerry/Dublin/Mayo fans!

Marty Boyle springs straight to mind for me anyways .......

Yes just as bad and Cassidy running to the ref was embarrassing particularly when he admitted it was premeditated in THAT book.

In his defence we learned that **** off Tyrone. Should leave it to Ulster matches though.

    Literally like ?

    Its Paddy McBrearty isnt it.

Had to get blood transfusions and all.

I wasn't aware Paddy McBrearty had bitten someone. He certainly didn't try to get anyone sent off in that game , or any other I remember.

I certainly will happily call out my own players when they're out of order. I find people who can't be reasonably objective pretty immature. Like, the CCCC aren't reading boards before deciding on suspensions.

I've called out Cooper in the past, all you get are knobs who use it against you while admitting nothing on their side.

I try but don't always succeed to not comment on incidents that are dodgy if my county was not playing.

That and threads on rule changes and restructure. Bandwagon posters are annoying, particularly ones from counties that aren't competitive, it's like these things are their only chance to shine.,

Well the last paragraph is about threads I don't contribute to irrespective of who does, and a comment about bandwagon posters, for example hypothetical poster from Antrim who hates Tyrone football, and jumps in on any thread about an incident involving Tyrone

Similarly guys focusing in on one county booing and not recognising how widespread it is.
Nothing to to with attending games, having a genuine opinion or birth certificates.

Hopefully another close game today. Fancied Roscommon last time, nagging feeling now though that they may have left it behind them that day and Mayo will pull through today. Is the game on rte or sky today?

The underdogs rarely do it second time round. I'd be expecting an easy enough canter for Mayo.

Game is on RTE2, coverage from 13:30.

I'd agree about the underdogs in a replay but it's hard to see Mayo winning handy when they have struggled to do so in the past few months. I'll say Mayo to pull away in the final quarter to win by 4. Last week I went for a Roscommon win, the change in opinion mostly based on the backward thinking that some of the Mayo lads couldn't be as bad as they were they day again. Although maybe Keegan will have an off day, may be in trouble then!

Mayo will probably win handy enough today ahead of a beating from Kerry.

Time to start supporting Tyrone here. As a GAA man I always like to see the consensus confounded. A spate of Dublin-Kerry finals in league and AI will damage the GAA.
