Anyone know if I'd be able to rent a car in Crete on a provisional licence, held for 2years, 23year old male, cheers

Unfortunately not... they do request a full licence

No you can't legally drive outside the state on provisional

You'd be doing well too get a rental car at 23 with a full licence. Absolutely no chance whatsoever.

Nowhere will they accept a provisional licence.
It's not an actual driving licence.
