Gas boiler rain water coming in

I have a Worcester boiler (about 5years old) and sometimes when it rains very heavy the rain water leaks from the bottom of the boiler. It only happens the odd time, but it was over a pint the last time. Is there something I can put on the end of the flue to prevent this? Also the boiler wasnt on when it happens (not sure if it makes a difference). Also there is a drain from the flat roof near the flue so I think when there is very heavy rain and wind a lot more rain enters the flue.

Its likely to be something to do with the drain overflowing in heavy rain, sort the drain, not the flue!!

NEVER EVER EVER put any contraption over or around your flue terminal, this will interfere with combustion and cause high levels of Carbon Monoxide.
