Internal door too tight at bottom of jamb

One of our upstairs doors is too tight to the jamb (actually I think it's the door stop moulding) at the bottom on the hinge side. See pics attached.

It closes but is stiff and makes a very loud creaking noise when doing so. And my 11 month old is moving in there so can't have all that noise when checking on him at night!

Is there anything I can do to fix this easily?

Probably the paint is catching, carefully pare back the paint on the door stop with a sharp standly knife, or just sand it back.

I would move out the bottom hinge by a tiny amount too, to give extra clearance.

If the door stop is catching it good and you don't want to mess with the hinge, take a small bit out of the timber with the standley knife

I'd be going with Dublin Dilberts hinge option
Saves messing with paint and 're painting.
Just loosen the four screws on the frame side.
Take out one fully and 'rescrew it in to the fresh timber to the side of the original screw hole this will move the door away from the door stop by about 2 mm then tighten up the other 3 screws. That should work. If not move out 2 screws.
