I have just sat down to eat a plate of squelchy pasta.

For those uninitiated (i.e. the entire world outside of my immediate family), squelchy pasta is when I make a tomato and veg based sauce (tonight's offering has garlic, onions, green peppers, red chili peppers, sweetcorn and chickpeas with tomatoes) and then make a cheese sauce and mix all up together and it makes a delightful squelchy noise.

    Yum.

I'm eating a big handful of pips from one of those "old fashioned" sweetshops.

Oh well, give me an easy life and a peaceful death.

    PIPS!

They're little pip sized and shaped boiled sweets. Loads of flavours rhubarb and custard, raspberry to name two, coated in sugar. Really good or bad for your teeth, I forget which.

Oh well, give me an easy life and a peaceful death.

I think they may be sherbet pips, tiny little crunchy sherbet flavoured sweets.

I am eating Roses and supping Pinot Grigio.

About to have a baguette with a salsa, falafel and cheese on it, melted. Also gonna have some salad with tescos "chilli and citrus" dressing. It's odd, I'm not quite sure I like it....

I did indeed. It's the only dessert I can actually make somewhat decent. Bananas were tidy. Definitely not proper ripe but not that green either...but decent bite to them.

May the banofee have all the sex now?

Hmmmmm. An oral taste test would be required.
