Just back from the Farmers Market at Mahon Point, Cork. I had a delicious Ethiopian veg curry. I am now going to my friend Google to search for a recipe.

Long day lads! Gonna tuck into a Supervalu Chicken Jalfrezi. Signature range. It is actually good stuff. Boiled up some basmati rice to go with it. No shame at any time of night after a 14 hour shift and despite a fine feed earlier.:D
