Bought an item on Amazon 2 weeks ago. Should be delivered last Friday but was delayed, tomorrow is new arrival date but I won't be home tomorrow to receive it. I was hoping get in contact with the couriers and either 1) collect it from their local dispatch office or 2) see if they could drop it at my office.

They use An Post and Fastway.

If it says Yodel on your Amazon account that'll mean Fastway.

It's probably in the boot of someones car, you'll get it when he's passing your way some day. Fastway worst courier service EVER.

Check your order on Amazon or on the dispatch email - they tell you who they shipped it with.
