Use old android phone as server??

Hi, I have a redmi note 2 prime, not so old, still working find as second phone. I would like to do something with it, I was thinking something like: -remote torrent with web interface so I can access it from work, etc -proxy? as at work I cannot use all website, any suggestions or idea? Thanks
