We got the climote installed on Wednesday, havnt had the need to use it yet but noticed that the menu/back button is flashing green. There doesnt appear to be any other warning signs on it, my signal strength is 54%. The pdf directed me to the FAQ on the climote page but that doesn't seem to help. Anyone have any idea as to how to find out why it's flashing, thanks.

Edit: also noticed that there we never got a thermostat installed, do these come as standard or are they added extras. We were initially told that we couldn't get it zoned as whoever set up the heating system did it in a backwards way but we still have the old manual dials downstairs and upstairs, can these, be replaced.

    Hi hairyslug,

Thank you for getting in touch.

We recommend contacting Climote directly on 0429395020 in relation to the menu/back button flashing. They will be able to advise you in relation to this.

The Climote product just replaces the timer that is in the property already and does not dictate temperature. However, Electric Ireland can provide wireless stats which are thermostats. You can call our colleagues in the Home Services team on 1850 327 333 to discuss this further. They are available Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm.

    We hope this helps.

    Thanks,
    Aoife
