Wholewheat spaghetti with fresh homemade tomato sauce and topped with chunks of fresh buffalo mozzarella. Made by my daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed it :). Dinner is always nicer when it's served up to you.

Just had a quite spicy home made sausage and chorizo jambalaya. Unfortunately sliced through the tip of my thumb whilst chopping the chillies, and coincidently bit into something hard in one of the mouthfuls, thankfully it was only a bit veggie stem/root that ended up in the mix.

    :D

Just had Kung Po (fake) chicken and rice at the vegetarian stand in the food court of the mall near my apartment. Will be back. It's the first real Irish Chinese style food I have had since I left Ireland in January!

Gonna have a Meaty Cannelloni. Currently cooling, so will hopefully set, and not spill through out the tray when do portion it. A bandaged thumb did mean it took twice as long to chop the veggies for it though. Don't realise how much you take these things for granted.

Wasn't bad actually. Could have done with some chips or salad though with it.
