    People say there's a supply issue but there's only a supply issue because there's a demand issue...

    And there's only a demand issue because people are immigrating, businesses are coming in / expanding etc... if we get a nice little stock market crash this year or next you'll soon start to see demand level off and dip as talk about a new global recession, bigger and badder than the last one starts to emerge.

    In my opinion, the stock market is just waiting for an excuse to dump. It's long overdue a correction and when it happens, it will be ugly, probably taking down property prices and with it due to job losses and cutbacks which will also impact sentiment on the streets.
