Someone loan me €500 and don't tell the wife

    I want 9 x colour GU10s and 2 x nest cams.

This whole "consult first on purchases over €250" really came back to bite me in the ass.

Split the purchase up so its many purchases of less than €250.

Just remembered I had a one4all card from work since last Christmas.
Just converted it to Amazon gift Cerys and now have a balance of £210!!

Free stuff for me!! Have used free trials of prime a couple of times but am tempted to pay for a month and buy the Canary and the Harmony Elite with hub.

Have a harmony touch already and am happy with it but tempted to switch to integrate with Alexa Hue etc.

Someone talk me out of it.

    So,yeah. Both ordered.

Is the Harmony Elite deal gone for others too?

I may have needed the hub only as I have a harmony remote already, not 100% sure.
I was in a rush, on my way out the door so when I finally managed to get my one4all card changed to Amazon vouchers, I signed up for Prime and ordered away. :D

Been trying to get this, but guessing its failing due to Parcel Motel address not matching my credit card address?

Can't enter invalid postcode, so that's probably where its failing.

Tried VISA debit and paypal so far.

    Anyway round this?

I've never ordered from the UK site. How about Addresspal?

Would have the same issue no doubt. Looks like they're only accepting UK billing (credit card) addresses.

I couldn't be bothered now to setup a revolut account. And probably no guarantee of it working either...

Shame, as the paypal conversion rate worked out to 115 euro.

The Maplin.ie price is 169 euro...

I had a nightmare trying to order my Google Home from Curry's a few weeks back. They make it very awkward. Order went through initially but was got an email then to say it was cancelled but no reason why.

After about 5 emails and trying Facebook chat several times all they could tell me is that it was cancelled and couldn't give a reason why.

I had to wait for 10 days for Revolut to put the funds back on the card then (not Curry's fault but added to the nightmare).

I ended up going with Argos instead, and had it in 48 hours. I know they aren't giving that offer so probably not much use, but just don't be expecting to get it from Curry's/ PC World without a fight.

Looks like Amazon are clamping down on second accounts. I had my second Sensor and GU10 double pack cancelled by Amazon last night after I ordered them on my second account.

Delay on my Logitech Elite arriving. Was due today but wasn't dispatched and got an email from Amazon saying they were having trouble getting stock and I could cancel if I want(no chance at that price)

So leaving the order open. Hopefully it will be fulfilled. There's no estimated delivery date on it at the moment but I'm happy to sit on it and wait once I do eventually get it.

Mine arrived on Monday. Really nice piece of kit.

My Canary Cam arrived today as well with my last two GU10s so that's everything arrived.

Nice one. As I say I'm not really in a rush once the order is honoured. Currently using a Harmony remote so I'm happy to wait.

Still haven't taken the Canary out of th box. 😀 Let me know how you get on with both when you have a chance.

Canary is good but I found it a bit fiddly to get set up. Streaming live seems to be about 7-10 seconds behind what's actually happening.

All this talk made me set mine up. Was a right pain to set up. Hold finger for Bluetooth connection instructs the app, to eventually find out after digging through menus that the firmware may not to be updated so you need to connect the audio cable instead. Then that said it had problems connecting until out of the blue I was connected.

Wa easy to add the Mrs to the device. The app is fairly simple to navigate. Tried a couple of placements befor finding a nice spot for it. Live video is 6 seconds behind for me which is fine.

Have geofencing set up on two phones and nighttime set up. Privacy mode for when home(other than when in night mode).

Any tips for getting a Philips hue on the cheap? Missed out the sale on Amazon by like 10 minutes on Prime day :(
