Restrict download on Virgin Broadband

Can anyone offer some advice. I have a student staying for a few months and my wife gave her the wireless password to Skype home (her own Skype account)

1. Does Skype use much of my internet? She was 2 hours on Skype on her laptop.

2. She tells me she likes watching tv shows on her laptop so I am worried now this will affect my data allowance. I don't want her to be able to download gigabytes of movies Tec.

Is there any way I can restrict downloading on wifi on my Virgin router (hub)

For packages entered into after 25th Feb 2013 there's no usage limits.

Which package are you on?

I only renewed a few months ago. I think it's the 240 one.
