Hi, I want to sign-up to one of these also. I have an existing premium a/c. Don't use it enough to justify a tenner a month but could deffo justify 2.50 per month. Please let me kno if anyone is setting up a Spotify Family a/c and needs to bring up their number to 6.

Anyone interested in bunching together to set-up a Spotify Family a/c. It allows the same access as the usual solo Premium a/c just much cheaper. €2.50 per month instead of a tenner a month. Just 6 interested people needed in total and a common address to be used. Anyone interested?

given the amount who contacted me for adding to my account it would pay for someone to set one up and offer it out to people. had a surplus of 3-4.
    .

could someone just do a brief synopsis on how to actually sign a group up?what exactly they did to sign up themselves and 5 other strangers(no offense).mine will be up next month and i would like to know how to set this up if i dont get a space etc.

*Set up Family Account on your own Spotify Account - Set up an Address
    *Offer the Places for €14.99
    *Receive Payment(s)
    *Get e-mail addresses from buyers
*Enter their e-mail addresses on Spotify and they get a link

*They will be asked to enter the actual Address that you set up on your Spotify Account. Give them this.

*After 6 months either cancel the payments and delete the family members or organise to go again.

I used this for reference when I set mine up a few months ago.
Mine was for 12 months though, so the price was €30, not €14.99

I also set up a new email and paypal just for spotify, keeps things cleaner.

    From cnet.com/uk/how-to/how-to-share-spotify-premium-with-your-family/

At spotify.com login to your existing account or create a new one.
Next, go to spotify.com/family. Alternatively, you can click the arrow button beside your username to reveal the dropdown menu and click Account. From the account overview page, click Premium for Family in the left sidebar.
    Click Get Started.
Enter your payment information and click Start my Spotify Premium.
Invite up to five other people to your Spotify Family account using the email addresses they use for Spotify.

I've heard nothing from Tech since yesterday morning, getting tired of waiting now. Like Deisler I'd like a refund at this stage.

ill like Dermot to confim what detail he used.

We all used 0000 as the postcode and it doesn't work. We've all been waiting since Friday for Dermot to confirm which hasn't happened. Have you sent a PM to Dermot for the details?

I only got a pm yesterday trying to find the address but it has gone from my account.
Sum people have no patience. There's no point being ignorant when it's not my fault it's not working.
Ps some of us have busy lives and other stuff to worry about.

there was no where i could look up the address which seems rather odd.

whilst me adding others to my account was relatively straight forward. agree that some people are never happy. If it pains you so much sign up for your own account!

If you look back through the thread the issue seems to have arisen because two of your group used a postcode that they weren't given by the person who set up the account. And then they moan at him and you.
