Limit to no of replacement ATM cards?

I have lost my ATM card for the 2nd time this year - yes careless I know!! I have also had to order a new card in the past year due to online fraud so this will be my 3Rd replacement card in such time. I'm so embarressed about ordering yet another replacement card. Is there a limit or can I expect to get charged one of these days? Thanks.

Thankfully no need for mutilation just yet - found it in my baby changing bag when I decided to travel light! Phew!
