Applying for jobseekers after finishing Tus scheme.

Hi,

I finished a Tus scheme and i went to the social welfare office to get reinstated onto jobseekers. I was told that i need to start from the begining and fill out all the necessary documentation. I was told when i started the Tus scheme that i would be reinstalled onto jobseekers the week after the scheme finished.

I don't have a problem filling out the documentation etc but i do not have proof of address, i.e. a rent book, lease or a bill in my name.

This will no doubt effect my payment being proccessed in the time Tus told me i would be reinstated. Is it necessary that i have to start the process from scratch? as i was made to believe it was automatic.
