hey all is there a database of landlord contact details anywhere or is there an organisation that will fond me a landlord contact number?

In short - no.

If it's your landlord, then you should have the contact details.
If it's someone else's landlord, then you have no right to their contact details. (Data Protection).

If you want to file a complaint, you can lodge a dispute with the RTB without the landlord contact details, just using the property address.
