Head skimmed and valves replaced, around Waterford?

Hi everybody, I'm doing a job on a Golf V 1.4. I have the cylinder head off, now I must find someone who will skim the head and replace worn valves. Can anybody recommend a machine shop, preferably near Waterford that will carry out the work. Big thanks for reading.
