Confirmation letter of no outstanding water bills/ confirmation that connected to wat

    Hi,

    My mother-in-law has asked me to get a letter confirming that there are no outstanding water bills and that the house has a water supply for the house of a deceased relative for which she is the executor. 

    We need this urgently to wrap up his estate.

    Please let me know how to go about getting this.
