How are we supposed to read that?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 18,189 ✭✭✭✭Galwayguy35

So people that have no right to be here still have access to free health care etc, more proof if it was even needed that we are a soft touch when it comes to immigration.

    With great care, apparently.

Agreed........ if we'd stop harping on about our 'undocumented' in the US.

We need people to change our nappies when we're all unnaturally old and unable to take care of ourselves.

They're not seeking asylum in the US though.

The illegal Irish should be deported from the USA also, illegal is illegal whether it's Irish in other countries, or illegals in this country, same rules need to be applied.

They're not seeking asylum in the US though.

And the failed asylum seekers, by definition, are no longer asylum seekers either.

Those people didn’t want to be around gimps, hence they emigrated for a better life

They're entitled to be here. Theyre not entitled to be in the US.

To their country of origin which is Ireland, likewise the same with illegals here, from Africa and Asia, they need to be sent back to where they originally came from, simple as that.

It's always been a problem here ,they come with various sob stories ,get put into direct provision and given access to unlimited legal teams to fight with various reasons to stay and even when proven to be false claims they still get to stay ,even when convicted for serious crimes

Anyway asylum seekers are supposed to claim asylum in the first safe country, once they skip over the nearest safe country they cease to be refugees and instead become economic migrants, any of them who end up here are economic migrants because they would, have had to pass through safe countries to get here, so they are bogus and need to be deported back to where they came from.

No wonder we have a housing crisis.

Passing through an airport doesn't count as passing through a country though.

They are the chaff. When the going got tough here in Ireland the weak were always egested. Only the strong remained.

They chosen to turn their back on the country that rested them. The law books say they can come home, but the natural law says "you made your bed now lie in it".

well how do they get airline tickets ? travel documents etc ?

isnt it true that the majority destroy fake documents on the plane ?

Somewhat surprised that people don't have to report to a Garda Station to receive word of their case; I mean I suggest this as a matter of course considering the 'honour system' is apparently having a 20% success rate.

I'd say they emigrated to get away from gimps like yourself.

Aren't we all just children of Mother Earth, no different from one another? Any Earthling should be allowed to live on any part of Earth.

Sorry but you're wrong. Yes asylum seekers are expected/obliged to apply for asylum in the first safe country of entry, but they're not legally obliged to and when they don't their status doesn't suddenly change. Thus they go where they please. Great isn't it?

Very little of those who claim to be asylum seekers are genuine. Just economic migrants mostly who want to better their lives so I can't blame them, we are far to soft on them. Ireland and Europe needs to take a more hardline approach.

If say Africa was the richer continent and Europe was much poorer, then who knows I myself might tell a tale and claim asylum in Nigeria, South Africa or whatever. Make a better life for myself.

So I can't blame someone coming over here who wants to work and have a better life. Besides the EU opened the doors to Ireland a long time ago.

Obviously no one wants someone to come over here not work, steal and just be a drain on society. We all can agree to that.

Africa is absolutely minted, pardon the pun, in terms of oil, gas and mineral wealth.

The fact that they are ruled by dictators and warlords and seemingly descend into tribal warfare endlessly is the problem.
