Tommy Carr and ger canning ? Are RTÉ intentionally trying to get people to switch off. Only that I'm waiting for the cork game I'd switch off.

Strong wind there, I don't think either of these times will win their QF

Roscommon are kicking the game away

@Talking Bread, if Sonny's gone you'll be held accountable.

    ????

I am assuming this is a sarcastic approach!

But just in case your mindset would be otherwise I gave him a link to a Meath forum, thinking he may not have heard about it! My post made it clear that I wasn't trying to halt his posts on here!

He puts in a lot of effort into them which the majority of people may not appreciate (personally I do). I just referenced a site that he may not have known about!

Also, has there ever been a dry Connaught final?

    Not in salthill anyway

Roscommon ahead but still showing the difference between the top teams and the middle of the road with the wastefulness, and the main reason Galway still win this.

Wouldn't bet on that at this stage. Galway are woeful. Worst display of the weekend. Lazy and rudderless

Roscommon could easily be ten points up here, Galway desperate so far

Switch on the radio, proper commentary and no time lag

Good point. Worst ever weather I've experienced was at the 2002 one in Castlebar. Never been so cold and wet in my life.

"He's one of the top forwards out on the pitch at the minute".
Hardly an achievement, Tom, with the horrific wides and shot taking.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 41,024 ✭✭✭✭Itssoeasy

Jesus ten minutes without a score. Poor stuff.

I dunno but I've never seen a game in salt hill where the cameras didn't look like they needed windshield wipers

  • Roscommon will rue the missed chances, 5 easy scores should have been taken
Galway on the up now, but more dreadful wides

    Not on the scoreboard anyway.

Roscommon such a mixed bag of shooting some excellent scores and some horrendous wides, fascinating game all the same

anyone able to PM me a stream for the Galway v. Clare game? Cheers.

We'll be back in Castlebar next week at this rate

How bad is the weather I wonder? The Galway forwards look like they're trying to kick the leather off the ball to reach the goals.

    The standard is absolutely awful.

Dessie was saying that some Mayo people were worried about Galway winning an AI before them - I wouldn't be too worried based on this display!

Yup I know you were. :)

I do appreciate your Sonny-esque response though. :P

    ---

Couldn't really get to read the rest of the forum from yesterday, but some good stuff lads.

    ---

Terrible miss from Murtagh there. He did all the hard work.

8 points up and 9 wides! They'll rue this.

Is the wind that bad into Galway's faces?

I got a tan at the 2012 Final, wasn't in Salthill though.

Roscommon should be out of sight.
