Is road tax needed when driving in Northern Ireland?

Hello, My car is registered in the Republic of Ireland. I have valid car insurance (valid for Northern Ireland, too), Republic of Ireland road tax and NCT and I was wondering if I need to pay UK road tax, when driving in Northern Ireland, or my Irish road tax disc is sufficient? Hello,

No, your Irish tax is all you need.

Your Irish motor tax disc is sufficient, but it must be in date.
