Having trouble signing in to now tv

    Hi there just got a now tv box and I am having trouble signing in,I am using the right sign in details,I can watch it on my phone.but when I try sign in on the now tv box it says sorry we dont recognise your sign in details,can somebody please help me,i bought the box from amazon uk if that makes any difference? thank you

    I think the h/w is different for UK users, the price certainly is. Last year or maybe in 2015 Argos.ie started selling the Now TV box in Ireland but they quickly withdrew it which suggests that the UK box will not work here.

    Thank you,I just wish I came on here first of all and asked if the English box would work here.
