Blanchardstown Gift Card Online?

I'm just wondering is it possible to use a Blanchardstown gift card online? In such places like clothing shops online or things like eBay? Because I was told because it's like a normal card it should work?

Dundrum puts gift vouchers on a special Dundrum Mastercard but AFAIK you can only use it in the centre. I imagine Blanch is the same system so if you try to use it like a regular credit card outside that SC, it will be rejected.

It's in their interests to confine your spending to the retailers in the SC, I can't see any circumstances under which a gift voucher value could be spent on eBay.
