Just reported on the phone that my water is the colour of Coke. Apparently it is now being investigated! But the call centre person would not give a timeframe for me to stop using my mains water. She also would not say how I would be notified or when. In fact, as far as I can see it is my responsibility to contact Irish…

So how will I know when it is safe?

Will it be an hour, a day, a week, a month...
