After all the advertising, this offer with SuperValu & EI seems to have flopped!! I got vouchers from S/V today & not a mention of EI on the information leaflet. I availed of it up to now & it was great to get 10e off the EI bill, but since it changed to 6e off the bill for 500 Rewards was the downfall. A savings of 1e.

Hi hillbloom,

An Electric Ireland Rewards customer can redeem three €3 vouchers per billing period (the approximately two-month window between each bill) and their points are accumulated via a combination of SuperValu shopping points and paid Electric Ireland bills (one point per €3 previously paid off an Electric Ireland bill).

During Bonus Time, customers can redeem a €5 voucher for 250 points - twice between bills for as long as Bonus Time is in effect. Bonus Time takes place twice a year.

The customer's vouchers are available on their SuperValu Real Rewards account, which they can then redeem on their Electric Ireland Rewards account.
