    Hi

    I sent an email to your customer service email last Tuesday and subsequently sent it to the operations email address as instructed by a member of Irish Water staff on Friday.

    We have followed up with around 7 phone calls, speaking to different Irish Water staff. Many of these people advised us that our email would be responded to shortly but we are yet to receive any email correspondence.

    This query is really urgent and important to us as we are trying to exchange contracts on a house purchase but would like a response to this query beforehand.

    Could someone please respond to our query by email today?
