    I might get the vast majority of the questions wrong (and make myself look like a complete eejit), but at least I'm learning loads of new things. Meagre consolation, I know.

    What have Falcon, Genesis, Robin Hood and Kangaroo in common?
    All have been comic heros/villains.

    I'm older than Minecraft goats.

    I owe a question.

    In sport the New Zealand rugby team is known as the All Blacks. Who are the All Whites?

    Ironically, it's the New Zealand soccer/football team.

    I heard this a few years ago and it always stuck in my mind.

    So named because the team wears white, due to a former FIFA regulation reserving black for referees.
    Correct.

    The name for what popular device comes from the Latin word for "vaulted room" or "dark chamber"?

    Yes, it's seems more and more obscure when we consider the tiny devices and phones that pass as cameras today.
    Indeed, why are they called phones when making calls seems to least vaunted feature of mobile phones today?

    If it fits all then it's a coincidence. Not what I have in mind.

    What links the following places/geographical features:
    Angel Falls, Venezuela;
    Lake Burley Griffin, Australia;
    Longyearbyen, Svalbard;
    Hearst Island, Antarctica;
    Monrovia, Liberia
    Wolfville, Nova Scotia?

    Just based on Hearst, Longyear and Monrovia, are they all named after Americans?

    In the 70's there was a rugby world-cup arranged for over 50's. The New Zealand team presented themselves, dressed accordingly, as the All Greys.

    Correct. I do business occasionally with a half-Ukrainian ethnic Russian from Latvia. Once when I mentioned Ukraine in an uncontroversial context she delivered a tirade about Crimea, ending with "Russia is right. The Americans are everywhere." I carefully refrained from mentioning Longyearbyen.

    Names given to military operations, perhaps? Or had that already been guessed and discarded?

    Similar, yet not quite the same. But both incorrect. ;)

    No! But that's the nearest thing to a correct answer yet.
