New housing development beside Aldi in Celbridge

Apologies if this has been asked somewhere else, but does anyone have any information regarding the new development being built beside Aldi in Celbridge? I see they have started to break ground and was wondering if anyone knows the timelines etc. for the build?

Completion is June 2019, I guess phase 1 will complete mid 2018. Details here:
