Paying VRT - is it possible to pay directly at the revenue office?

I have to pay vrt to the tallaght tax office. I hope to use the van at the weekend so I don't want to drop the paperwork in the post. Does anyone know if it is possible to go out to the tax office and have the payment processed? (Of course I have tried ringing the tallaght office and have left messages but I can't seem to…

I registered and paid for my bike in Tallaght, IIRC they didn't take cash. All done in a few minutes but bike VRT is easy.

Is VRT not done at the NCTS centers now? It is for cars and bikes.
