Parking at Garlow Cross

The odd time I have to get a Sillan or 109 bus into the city I try to park at Garlow Cross as it's nearest to my house, but I can never seem to get parking here! Is this the only place you can park to get the bus? I assume you have to be super early to get a space here?

There's another car park at Ross Cross that's rarely used, only maybe 1 or 2 cars - I reckon because it's a little further from the road that the GC one. I've parked there a few times going to Dublin and the car has been fine.
