Ha have never heard of Adam Hill but he fits the cheeto fingers mma journa description anyways, afraid to nail his name to it so adds a ''sources'' classic.

It's impossible to tell because there's no full video but from whats available it does seem mcgregor got the best of it. Especially since at the end of round 5, Chris asked for another round, usually that means he felt behind at that point and wanted to get one back.

Did it land??? Funny they edited it out.

The first bolded part, nice work again with consistency.

The second bolded part? Behind in a sparring match, thats a new one to me, I must tell my coach that when I feel like I need to win a round back.

Please keep going, you're my afternoons entertainment with this stuff.

Behind in sparring conor mcgregor when you're almost a nobody, yes. He said it was a big deal for him to get his name out there and probably wanted to hurt mcgregor when the cameras were rolling. Unfortunately he'll have to settle for that 1 round where mcgregor was warming up ;)

He usually legit with info, although the headline is misleading he wont put his name to it, ''well placed source'' is the one given credit.

Adam Hill is the rather large journalist who has picked against Conor in about 5 of his last 6 fights. He has appeared on a few of the post-fight shows on MMA Fighting and Submission Radio and one for Severe.

He knows his stuff but he's a bit of a hater.

Kevin Iole on the other hand is well connected to Dana. Ariel has as much as confirmed the news as well.

I think the most important question here is where does the winner of this potential fight rank on the all time great list? I think a case could be made for top 5 of all time. Here's my current top 5 ever and I think the winner might squeeze in:

    1. Muhammermaid Ali
    7. Chris Algieri let out of the cage
    L. Trish Stratus
    +?. UPS Employee #746
    Fifteen. Lil' Wayne

Honourable mentions go to Manny Pacquiao in slow motion and that Aussie guy who slapped that kangaroo.

    Thoughts?

    So it's been announced!

Only good thing about it is we should see him back in the octagon hopefully November/December.

Great to finally get this farce fight out of the way and back to the real business.

Possibly and bill it as ''Redemption'' ect but we know his sheets are silk as it is and could retire, but their about to be replaced with 24k gold sheets (if thats possible:pac:)

We live in a timeline where an amatuer boxer is going to beat the GOAT.

What a time to be alive folks

He loves MMA. He's not walking away at 28 to sit changing nappies.

More to the point, he still loves money. Sure, he can only make $12-$15 million to fight Woodley...... but he's doing feckin "Evenings" in Manchester for 100 grand, so I'm sure he'd prefer $15 mil for a "knock" with Woodley.

Anyone think the undercard will contain a mix of both mma and boxing matches ?

Look forward to the trash talk but not the fight. Cant look forward to a fight knowing whos won before the bell even rings

Not gonna lie, I'm excited. Even just the hype be brings with his fights is enough to get you going. Couple that with the imbeciles on Sherdog and it's gonna be a great build up.

I predict a 13th round TKO for McG, followed up by a juicy triple threat match against hologram Muhammed Ali and hologram Khabib in November for the interim intercontinental belt.
