can't find brown matt paint

    I've tried everywhere for brown matt finish paint for gates. The nearest I got was Triflow brown smooth but it comes up with a strong shine, like gloss finish. I don't want a shine, I really thought it would be no problem to get matt. Matt black is popular but I would prefer brown.Can anyone help with this please. I should have said that the gates are metal

    A specialist paint shop will have an additive.

    Why not just use oil based undercoat. It's as flat as you'll get.. Get some mixed up in brown.
