Karl Kennedy is Neighbours he seems to be the only doctor in the hospital and is a specialist in all fields from pregnancy scans and delivering babies, to cancer diagnosis & treatment and even performing brain surgery outside a hospital
All while still doing the normal everyday job if a doctor :D

He broke his Hippocratic oath so many times he would have been struck off years ago.

The cast of Friends. All happily living in 5,000 square foot apartments in New York City, while working as waitresses, part time actors, and museum attendants.

And they still find time to prick around for a few hours every day in the Central Perk coffee shop.
No no no this isn't right at all.

Edit: Ah crap, beaten to it already. Great minds etc...

    1500 square feet.

    5,000 would be bleedin massive.

No one has to travel far for work and no matter how things are financially they always go to the local café for lunch. Drinking during your break isn't frowned upon. You can get back to fixing cars or sewing knickers after a drink in The Rovers.

I imagine plenty of people find Jack Black attractive.

That is definitely an English thing. I often see people having drinks at lunch time before they go back to work.

Walter White as a drug lord...taking on cartels and all.

Great show, but a bit of a stretch.

Sick or injured in a UK tv programme? You're getting a single room. Doctors on daytime telly a prime example, oh, and reality of seeing your GP on same day as you ask for appointment? Zero. In Doctors, "why we have an appointment just freed up, come right on in."

Oh well, give me an easy life and a peaceful death.

Any 'cute' romcom where the guy persists with getting the girl, even after she has repeatedly turned him down. Eventually, she comes around to his 'quirky' personality and pure strength of character even if he does manage to find out her place of work, personal habits, and daily routine. Maybe even the odd late night visit to throw stones at her window to persuade her of his undying love for her.

In reality, you'd probably end up on a sexual offenders list and a barring order.
