Well, they are all rugby teams and all play in super leagues in their respective regions, but that doesn't seem to be what you're looking for if you say there's more than one sport.

Nope. Each pair has a very specific link. And each pair has the same link.

Most, maybe all, are Rugby clubs that also share their name with a baseball team.

    I'm struggling here...

Fraid not. All are in the UK if that helps. And they're not all rugby clubs but some are. Not all of them are rugby union either.

I could go international and include this as well:
    Athletics and Raiders

OK I'll add in the full names of the teams - that might help.

    Wycombe Wanderers - London Wasps
Salford City Reds - Sale Sharks
    Leeds Rhinos - Yorkshire Carnegie

I know that, up to very recently, Wanderers and Wasps played on the same ground in High Wycombe (Wasps have since moved to Coventry) so I'll hazard a guess that the same relationship exists between the other pairs - they each share a venue.

I seem to have got that one right, so:-

What does Juliett have in common with Charles, Victor, Oscar, Romeo and Michael?

Oops - I completely forgot Wasps had moved - 2015 wasn't it? But yes. More specifically they are all pairs of teams playing different sports sharing a ground.
